Bill is a proud Philadelphian and zealot for both strategy and creativity. Prior to launching En Route, Bill served as Director of Marketing for the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau where he developed and implemented campaigns to generate convention bookings and inbound tourism. A Philadelphia native, Bill holds an advertising degree from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
A Charm City native swept away by the City of Brotherly Love, Crystal has built a decade-long career in public relations and destination marketing. She has a penchant for pairing compelling narratives with thoughtful delivery, garnering placements across the globe (including Elle France & National Geographic) and right here at home. Crystal began her career with the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau promoting the City as a world-class destination and studied Media Arts at Neumann College.
A crossover from the publishing industry, Jack specializes in getting the right message to the right audience. He brings a unique understanding of integrated marketing cycles and content delivery developed during his tenure at Philadelphia magazine and North American Publishing Company. As a life-long Philadelphian, Jack taps into the unique creative energy that weaves through the city and applies it in affective ways to tell brand stories. Jack is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, with a bachelor’s degree in communication and a minor in fine art.
With 10 years of experience in hospitality management, Mindy understands the importance of anticipating and exceeding client needs. She previously worked with Holland America Cruise Lines and Flamingo Educational Tours, planning and delivering educational itineraries for students. A passionate explorer, Philadelphia’s rich history, culture, and hidden gems inspire her to continually fall in love with the City of Brotherly Love. She is a graduate from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in hospitality management and travel and tourism management.
As a creative thinker and strategic implementer with a passion for marketing communications, Daniel applies his deep understanding of Philadelphia’s diverse organizations, stories and landmarks as a tool to make his hometown a dynamic destination. He has worked for Allied Integrated Marketing, the City of Philadelphia Office of the City Representative, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and Mercy Philadelphia Hospital. Daniel is a graduate of La Salle University, with a bachelor of arts in communication and a minor in English.
A skilled wordsmith with digital savvy, Leah excels at crafting vibrant content for print, social media, and everything in between. She forged her career in the publishing industry at national lifestyle magazines (including Prevention and Country Woman) and thrives on telling stories that excite readers and make brands shine. As a history buff and newcomer to Philadelphia, she is continually enchanted by the city’s rich past and array of architecture. Leah is a graduate of Ohio State University, with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and Spanish.
As a spokesperson for all things Philadelphia, Dustin uses both edited and social video to promote a diverse client base of Philadelphia businesses within the tourism and hospitality industry. He has over four years of experience in video production with a focus on using visual assets to promote brand awareness and viewer engagement for both marketing and journalistic audiences. Dustin graduated from Temple University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and then worked with VISIT PHILADELPHIA, driving tourism through destination marketing.
