En Route was born out of opportunity. Long before our evolution into an agency, En Route began as a one man show, a lone marketing consultant who recognized the deep need for strategic guidance and measurable goals within the tourism and hospitality industry. It’s what our Founder & CEO, Bill Gehrman, did with that opportunity that shaped who we are today.
Since the creation of En Route in 2007, clients have engaged us for our expertise, creativity, relationships, and dependability. Today, our agile team leverages integrated marketing, communications and product development strategies to enable our clients to do what they do best – create exceptional experiences. Our strength lies within the decades of destination marketing experience that we collectively provide and our ability to remain responsive and creative. We are fast on our feet, quick with the wit, and incredibly calculated. We have been told we appear to be everywhere, and sometimes we are – that’s the beauty of being En Route.
Another season finale for En Route: Team Co-op! 👨🎓👩🎓 We're sad to see Michael, Connor, and Kasey go but proud and excited to watch them achieve their goals in the future!⠀

Throughout @brtstage 's 2022/23 season, you can look forward to madcap stories where characters seem to thrive on chaos. In ""A Leg Up,"" Charles' future rests on the new XR3000, an intelligent prosthetic leg designed for the US Senator who is running for president. Directed by BRT's Co-Producing Director, Amy Kaissar, this witty and outlandish story by Ken Kaissar is a new comedy for the 21st century.⠀
