Bill is a proud Philadelphian and zealot for both strategy and creativity. Prior to launching En Route, Bill served as Director of Marketing for the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau where he developed and implemented campaigns to generate convention bookings and inbound tourism. Always looking for the next big thing, Bill focuses on product development as well as marketing opportunities and has executed tourism product projects for large and small Destination Marketing Organizations. A Philadelphia native, Bill holds an advertising degree from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
With communications experience within the restaurant, nonprofit, and hospitality industries, Sarah brings her appetite and enthusiasm to En Route — boosting the team’s media relations and social media efforts. A Temple University grad with a strategic communications degree, Sarah previously worked for ArtsQuest, promoting destination events such as Musikfest and Christkindlmarkt.
A seasoned communications professional with an array of entertainment and non-profit experience, Tracy brings passion and sincerity to her dynamic media relations efforts. She has shared best practices with audiences at the PA Conference for Women, Temple University, Tech in the Commons, and the University of Pennsylvania, and her photography has been published in Philly Current magazine, PhillyVoice, and Smoky Mountain Living.
An experienced communications professional in the entertainment and cultural industries, Billy offers a fresh perspective and passion to the En Route team’s public relations and social media outreach. He graduated from Drexel University before pursuing a communications career, where he had the opportunity to work with notable clients including Iceland Airwaves Music Festival, Independent Venue Week, and Comedy Dynamics.
A crossover from the publishing industry, Jack specializes in getting the right message to the right audience at the right time. Jack brings a dynamic skill set to a constantly evolving field, as a Google certified advertising expert with a passion for finding the most effective and efficient methods to tell clients’ brand stories. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and alum of Philadelphia magazine, Jack is tapped into the creative energy that weaves through this city, and is in the perfect position to apply it.
With broad experience creating web-based, digital, and design communications, Chip brings deep technical and creative expertise to En Route. He previously worked as Director of Web Services at Drexel University, providing web governance and digital strategy for the university’s marketing and communications teams. Chip leverages his insight into the roles and strategies required to deliver small- and large-scale projects in digital media and design to provide the best customer experience possible. Originally from central New York, Chip is a graduate from Syracuse University’s illustration program.
A former staff reporter at the Philadelphia Business Journal, Kenneth gained first-hand expertise covering the hospitality, tourism and marketing communications industries. From restaurants and cultural attractions to leisure and international travel, Kenneth has demonstrated a deep understanding of hospitality industries and their social and economic impact through his reporting. The Philadelphia resident graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.
